The hotel is clean and huge.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few inconveniences. The dining options were limited, mainly focusing on Thai and Balinese cuisine, which became rather redundant . The restaurant's food quality did not meet our expectations, leaving us disappointed with the breakfast selection.

The superior villa was well-organised with the bathroom and a shower plus clean large bed. The personnel was extremely helpful and they helped with everything.

Marvellous and gorgeous breakfast, with lots of food. Friendliness from the whole staff. Good and stunning location, to the older area where i stayed 10 years ago.
Poorly trained staff!

The beautiful gardens and art collection enhanced my stay. The room I stayed in required maintenance and was a bit dark. It was a pleasant experience, although the restaurant options could be more diverse.

The pool and gardens. In some ways the room was very nice too , it had lots of gracious old furnishings and a huge bath.
The lighting in our room was so poor we could not read or find things so we had to leave it as soon as it got dark. We told the staff but nothing was done about it.At 140$ a night it did not seem like good value for money compared to other places we have stayed in in Bali

The resort is fine with beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere right in the middle of Ubud. The children's activities and access to the art museum, and the staff were attentive and cute throughout our visit.
Our room had some outdated furniture.

beautiful setting but room layout needs attention
The hotel features gorgeous gardens with a river view. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh ingredients and good flavors. The dance performances added a unique cultural touch to our experience.
We requested twin beds but received an unfair bed arrangement instead.

The rooms are beautifully designed and luxurious. The staff friendly and helpfull and the grounds (4.5 hectares) like a paradise with streams running through, lots of water features and trees. The cafe near reception is also very good, but at cafe Arma we had the crispy duck which was supposed to be the local specialty and was almosat inedible.
Older people would find some of the steps in the gardens very steep & difficult.
